# Help / Support

If you need assistance or have any issues, you can create a support ticket in the Vortrius Discord server.

**Follow these steps:**

1. Make sure you are a member of the [Vortrius Discord](http://discord.gg/vortrius) server.
2. Navigate to the #support\_tickets channel in the server.
3. Click on the "open a ticket" button within the #support\_tickets.

Once you open a ticket, a support team member will assist you with your issue.
