The Council serves as the governance framework of the Vortrius ecosystem. It is structured to empower players and $VGN token holders by giving them a direct role in shaping the platform’s future. Operating as a DAO-like system, it ensures that the ecosystem evolves in alignment with the community’s values, ideas, and priorities through a transparent and collaborative decision-making process.

Proposal and Voting Process

The Council enables community members to propose and vote on updates, improvements, or new features for games and the broader ecosystem. The process unfolds as follows:

  • Step 1 - Proposal Submission: Any active player or $VGN token holder can submit a proposal, ensuring accessibility for all community members.

  • Step 2 - Preliminary Moderation: Proposals undergo an initial review by a Council moderator to assess their relevance and feasibility, ensuring only well-considered ideas move forward.

  • Step 3 - Development Team Review: Vortrius development team evaluates the proposal to determine its practical viability for implementation.

  • Step 4 - Final Community Vote: The proposal is put to a broader community vote in the final stage. It is deemed accepted and scheduled for implementation if it receives at least 51% approval.

Benefits for Contributors

At each process stage, contributors receive incentives based on the proposal’s stage, category, and community acceptance. These rewards, distributed in $VGN tokens or In-Game Items, recognize the efforts of those who actively participate in shaping the ecosystem, further encouraging engagement.

This structured governance model ensures transparency by making every step of the proposal process visible to the community.
